HOW WE GOT STARTED American Prop Repair was formed early in 2002 to fill the need for propeller repair services for the commercial rental fleet on the north end of Lake Powell in Utah. In a good season we repair about 1200 propellers between May and November. In 2008 the company was purchased by employees and the DBA "American Boat Propeller" was added in 2009. In 2010 we added the Solas Impeller line, several PWC parts manufacturers and SolasImpellers.us was added to the company. American Boat Propeller is a "Top Rated Power Seller" on Ebay and Started by selling remanufactured propellers on Ebay. Because of the many requests for new propellers, American Prop Repair/American Boat Propeller became dealers for several propeller manufacturers. We currently offer new propellers from 5 different manufacturers. American-PowerSports was started in 2011 and is no longer affiliated American Prop Repair. We now offer propellers, impellers, parts and other items. Your purchases may have American-PowerSports on the invoice.
