We specialize in the design, manufacture and sale of stainless steel & aluminum propellers for the marine industry. We sell to motor manufacturers, boat manufacturers, marine dealers, propeller shops, and end users, alike, so we are familiar with all aspects of the marine marketplace. Our stainless propellers are carbon enhanced, heat-treated product that has TWICE the steel strength when compared to many of the imported brands.
We are known for our quality, performance, innovation and offer one of the largest selections of stainless steel propellers in the industry, from the basic to the exotic, ranging from 9.25-inch diameter (9.9 hp) up to 18.5-inch diameter (Bravo II) fitments. Products like our patented Cushion Lok modular hub system (that prevents hub failure) have garnered acclaim from, both, customers and competitors, alike. Currently our propellers are used on many different U.S. Navy and Coast Guard Vessels.
Propellers for Class D, E and I/O (Merc & Volvo) motors are available in the square hub design to allow use of the Flo-Torq & Vortex style drop-in hub kits.
Since we manufacture propellers, and only propellers, we have an understanding of propeller construction, engineering, design and dynamics that most companies do not possess. Without ties to any one motor, or boat, manufacturer, we have not bias, and no allegiance, performance rules the day and performance data does not lie. It has no bias.
A CLASS:
SRT3-Blade Propeller: Has a constant 9.5 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 8-13, with moderate rake and more blade surface area than the SWA3-blade. It is more suited to higher horsepower applications such as the 20-horsepower 2 & 4-strokes.
SWA3-Blade Propeller: Has a constant 9.25 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 9-12. It is an all-purpose semi-weedless, easy to turn prop, not loading the motor as readily as the SRT3 blade style.
B CLASS:
REB3-Blade - Suzuki 25-30HP Propeller: Has a constant 10.25 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 10-17. An excellent all-purpose prop for the Suzuki 20-30 horsepower family, cupped with 15 degrees of aft rake.
SRA3-Blade Propeller: Has a constant 10 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 9-15. It has 20 degrees of rake, cupped, with good cavitation resistance and an excellent all-around performer.
TLR3-Blade Propeller: Has a constant 10 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 9-14. It has low rake with cup, an OEM equivalent for Tohatsu and Nissan aluminum or stainless props. If replacing an OEM aluminum propeller, drop 1 to 2 inch in pitch.
C CLASS:
REB3-Blade Propeller: (NOTE: Also available in 4-blade) - Has a constant 10.375 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 10-17, a factory equivalent to the Mercury Black Max. It is cupped with 15 degrees of aft rake, an excellent all-purpose prop for the 40/50 horsepower family of motors.
SCB3-Blade Propeller: Has a constant 10.375 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 10-17. It is an excellent stern lifting, semi-cleaver design, great on inflatable and flat-bottomed hulls.
SCB4-Blade Propeller: Has a constant 10.375 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 10-17. An excellent stern lifting, semi-cleaver design, great on inflatable and flat-bottomed hulls, provides excellent cornering, hole shot and porpoise control.
SRD3-Blade Propeller: Has a constant 11.25 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 10-17 with 20 degrees rake, an excellent all purpose propeller.
SWC3-Blade Propeller: Has a constant 10.75 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 10-14. It has exceptional grip and cavitation resistance with a hard wall cup, motor elevation and tunnel capabilities, a good application for flats boats, pontoons and single-engine catamarans.
SWC4-Blade Propeller: Has a constant 10.75 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 10-14. It has more grip and cavitation resistance than the SWC3-Blade, with a hard wall cup, excellent for motor elevation, tunnels and cavitation-prone applications. A great application for flats boats, pontoons and single-engine catamarans.
D CLASS:
CFF4-Blade (Coastal Flats) Propeller: Has a constant 14 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 14-19. It is right hand rotation only, a specialized "thick bladed", coastal flats propeller with high aspect ratio blade geometry in a polished finish. It provides excellent grip, hole shot and motor elevation capability for flats style boats running the Gulf of Mexico coastal shallows and/or similar regions.
ELD3-Blade Xtreme Value Series Propeller: Diameter varies with select pitch ranges only (13.75 x 15, 13.38 x 17, 13.25 x 19 and 13.25 x 21). It has moderate rake, light cupping and right hand rotation in a polished finish.
LNR3-Blade Propeller (Suzuki): Has a constant 14 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 18-23. Right hand rotation with excellent lift and grip, this is the factory equivalent of the Suzuki 14 inch diameter in a polished finish. NOTE: Expanded pitch ranges, left hand rotation available soon.
NRS3-Blade Propeller: Has a constant 13.25 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 14-21. It is a polished finish, available in right and left-hand rotation, 25 degrees of rake with good lift and extensive cup. This propeller is more aggressive than the RED3-Blade and less aggressive than the PTR style. NOTE: An excellent choice for flats style boats and dual motor v-bottom off shore applications.
OST3-Blade (Original SST Style) Propeller: Diameter varies (13.75 to 13.25) inches in pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 15-21. This is the factory equivalent of the older OMC SST style 3-blade, right-hand rotation with moderate rake and light cupping.
PTR3-Blade Propeller: Has a constant 13.50 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 14-25. It has a polished finish, right-hand rotation, high rake for excellent lift and great for high performance applications requiring grip, lift and speed. NOTE: Left-hand available in (22, 23 and 24) inches of pitch only.
RAF3-Blade Propeller (Rapture Style Replacement) R-Series: Has a constant 13.25 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in 13, 15, 17, 19, 21 inches of pitch only. It has a polished finish, right- or left-hand rotation, 25 degrees of rake for good, extensive cup and great all-around performance.
RED3-Blade All Purpose Propeller: Has a constant 13.25 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 12-21. It has a polished finish, right and left-hand rotation, with moderate rake and cup. It is a great all-purpose propeller, similar to Rapture, Ballistic and Stiletto props. NOTE: RED4-blade available with the same specifications, great for dual motor applications.
RXB4-Blade Accelerator: Has a constant 13.25 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 12-21. It has a polished finish, right and left-hand rotation, with moderate rake and cup. The Accelerator series focuses on hole shot and handling performance, an excellent all-around 4-blade prop for flats style and dual motor V-bottom boat applications.
SCD3-Blade Semi-Cleaver Stern lifting Propeller: Has a constant 13.00 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 13-21. It has a polished finish, left- or right-hand rotation and similar to the Yamaha semi-cleaver.
SCD4-Blade Semi-Cleaver Stern lifting Propeller: Has a constant 13.00 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 13-21. It has a polished finish, left- or right-hand rotation with excellent stern lift, grip and porpoise control for transom-mounted bottoms or shallow V's.
WBH3-Blade (Thruster Series) Propeller: Has a constant 14.00 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 8-15. It is a wide-blade, load pushing prop ideal for pontoons and workboats.
E CLASS:
CFS4-Blade (Coastal Flats - Thick Bladed) Propeller: Has a constant 15 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 15-23. It has a polished finish, with high-aspect-ratio blade geometry, excellent grip, hole shot and motor elevation capability for coastal shallows and flats work.
ELE3 and 4-Blade Xtreme Value (X-Series) Propeller: Diameter varies with pitch (15 x 15, 15 x 17, 14.50 x 19 and 14.25 x 21). It has a polished finish and right-hand rotation only. LFS3-Blade Performance Offshore Propeller: Has a constant 16 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 17-23 with expanded pitch ranges available soon. It has a polished finish, right- or left-hand rotation with moderate rake with full tip cup for excellent lift and grip. Three blade factory equivalent of the Suzuki 16 inch diameter prop with better cavitation resistance. NOTE: The LFS3 and 4-blade is also used for Yamaha F350 motors.
LFS4-Blade Performance Offshore Propeller: Has a constant 16 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 17-23 with expanded pitch ranges available soon. It has a polished finish, right- or left-hand rotation with moderate rake with full tip cup for excellent lift and better grip over the LFS3-blade. Four-blade equivalent of the Suzuki 16 inch diameter prop with better cavitation resistance. NOTE: The LFS3 and 4-blade is also used for Yamaha F350 motors.
MQS3-Blade Ski Max I/O Propeller: Diameter varies (14.50-13.50 inches) with pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 14-23. It has a polish finish with low rake, stern lifting, great for I/Os and the factory equivalent of the Mercury Black Max.
MQS4-Blade Ski Max I/O Propeller: Diameter varies (14.50-13.50 inches) with pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 14-23. It has a polished finish, low rake, stern lifting prop for I/O's, great for water skiing, wake boarding; tubing and/or heavy stern-drive cruisers.
OFS3-Blade Offshore Propeller: Has a constant 15.25 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 14-30. It has a polished finish, right- or left-hand rotation, moderately high rake, full tip cup for excellent lift, grip and comparable to Mercury Mirage/Yamaha Salt-Water series. It is excellent for V-bottom Off-Shore style boats; single/twin/triple and stern drive applications.
OFS4-Blade Offshore Propeller: Has a constant 15.25 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 14-30. It has a polished finish, right- or left-hand rotation, moderately high rake, full tip cup for excellent lift and grip. It is excellent for V-bottom Off-Shore style boats; single, twin, triple and stern (I/O) drive applications.
OFX3-Blade High Performance/Offshore Propeller: Has a constant 15.25 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 15-30. It has a polished finish, right- or left-hand rotation, moderately high rake/high aspect ratio and special X-cut geometry. With aggressive cupping for excellent lift and grip characteristics and used on high performance, flats, bays, cats and muscle boats.
OFX4-Blade High Performance/Offshore Propeller: Has a constant 15.25 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 15-30. It has a polished finish, right- or left-hand rotation, moderately high rake/high aspect ratio and special X-cut geometry. With aggressive cupping for excellent lift, better grip characteristics than the OFX3 and used on high performance, flats, bays, cats and muscle boats.
PTC3/PTZ3-Blade Reliable Propeller: Has a constant 14.25 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 14-24. It has a polished finish, right- or left-hand rotation, high-rake, hard-wall cup, providing excellent lift and grip. Great multipurpose all round propeller similar to the Reliance. NOTE: PTZ Blade style has less cup and is what we use in place of the Reliance.
PTC4/PTZ4-Blade Reliable Propeller: Has a constant 14.25 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in every inch of pitch from 14-24. It has a polished finish, right- or left-hand rotation, high-rake, hard-wall cup, providing excellent lift and giving better grip than the PTC3. Great for I/O's and smaller twin-engine offshore applications needing grip. PTZ Blade style has less cup and is what we use in place of the Reliance.
RAS3-Blade Propeller (Rapture Style Replacement) R-Series: Has a constant 14.25 inch diameter regardless of pitch, available in 15, 17, 19, 21, 23 inches of pitch only. It has a polished finish, right- or left-hand rotation, 25 degrees of rake for good, extensive cup and great all-around performance.
RKR3-Blade High Performance Bass; Flats/Bay Boat Propeller: Has a constant 14.50 inch diameter regardless of pitch and available in every inch of pitch from 23-30 (18, 19, 20, 21, 22 available soon). It is has a Sq Hub Cavity, polished finish, high rake and sharp radius cup for excellent lift.
RKR4-Blade High Performance Bass; Flats/Bay Boat Propeller: Has a constant 14.50 inch diameter regardless of pitch and available in every inch of pitch from 23-30 (18, 19, 20, 21, 22 available soon). It is has a Sq Hub Cavity, polished finish, high rake and sharp radius cup for excellent lift. |
