Call or email us for RMA. You will not be credited without a "Return Merchandise Authorization". We will accept the return of merchandise for 30 days after receipt of product. Returns must be in original packaging and undamaged. If you receive your item damaged, contact the carrier; UPS, USPS for instructions. "Special Order" products are only returnable due to factory defect. Please be sure of the pitch and application before ordering. There is a 10% restock fee that will be deducted from your credit amount.
